IL&FS Finishes TWO Deal Exchanges UNDER ITS ENERGY BUSINESS

In the principal exchange, IL&FS has finished offer of its 33.33 percent stake in Urjankur Warana to Shree Tatyasaheb Kore Warana Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana Ltd (HSF-Host Sugar Processing plant).
